The shipping and delivery policy, along with the Terms and Conditions, frame the procedures and guidelines for the delivery & shipping of the product purchased from Klaxon Homes.
Klaxon Homes provides shipping and delivery of products all over Ahmedabad. We aim to make your experience as smooth and simple as possible. We make every fiscal effort to ensure timely and fuss-free delivery.
By using the services or purchasing a product from Klaxon Homes, you approve the terms and conditions mentioned in this Policy without any modification.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
You acknowledge that in order to execute smooth shipping and delivery of our product, we partner up with reliable 3rd party logistics service providers.
At the time of purchase, you will be provided with an estimate of the timeline for the product delivery. Once dispatched, the order details and tracking information will be shared with the registered mobile number and/or email ID.
However, even after our fiscal efforts, you agree to understand the situation in case of delay or changes in the timeline. You also agree that we might deliver the products on our own, without indulging any logistics partner.
In the event that you want a product delivered to an unserviceable area, we shall inform you while placing the order.
You agree that in order to execute the delivery and shipping of your purchased product, we will collect personal information like your name, billing and shipping address, landmarks, contact details, etc. (as per the requirement).
You ensure that the information submitted by you is authentic, accurate, genuine, and enough to locate the exact place of delivery. In case of delivery failure due to your inability to provide us with authentic, accurate, genuine, and enough information, you acknowledge that you shall undertake the total liability. Further, you clarify that Klaxon Homes is not liable in any way and at any term owing to your failure of providing accurate and enough information.
We will aim to deliver the purchased item to the specified address within the given timeline of estimated delivery. If you are unable to collect the delivery, we/our logistic partner will make utmost 3 attempts to deliver it. However, in case of unsuccessful delivery, Klaxon Homes reserves the right to cancel the order at our exclusive preference. Further, we also hold the right to subtract the shipping and delivery charges while processing your refunds in case of such cancellation.
While we, at Klaxon Homes, make all reasonable attempts to deliver the product within the given estimated timeline, you understand that the delivery may get delayed due to:
- Operational problems exceeding our control;
- Unforeseen weather conditions;
- Strikes, worker-lockouts, political disruptions, etc.;
- Act of God like earthquakes, cyclones, etc.;
- Other unanticipated situations.
We shall make every reasonable effort to inform you on your registered mobile number and/or email ID in such circumstances. However, we do not take any liability that may emerge due to our inability to inform you about the delivery delays.
Additionally, Klaxon Homes shall not be responsible for providing compensation for any claim that may be made due to the delay in shipping or delivering your purchased product.
We strive to employ staff, agents, and logistic partners with the utmost care for virtue and ethics; and conduct in a professional, competent and sound manner. However, you understand that the actions, as well as nonactions of delivery personnel, are beyond our control, and we cannot observe each and every delivery agent.
Considering that we are only facilitating the shipping and delivery of the purchased product, we shall not be accountable for any action or inactivity of the delivery person, workers, and/or our 3rd party logistic partner or their staff, agent, or personnel. This includes circumstances like inefficiency in service, package tampering, period of delivery, etc.
To clarify it further, the rudeness, incivility, or indecency of the delivery individuals or staff personnel of the Logistic provider is not in our control, and any problem occurring shall be settled by you and the concerned party. Klaxon Homes shall not be liable to resolve any conflicts between you and the concerned party.
You will be provided with the tracking information of the purchased product; once it is shipped. Our dedicated team for customer support tries to be in touch with the delivery executive constantly to effectuate your product delivery and provide accurate tracking status. However, we do not provide the guarantee of the accuracy of the status as it may be subject to technical and/or other problems that are beyond our power.
Klaxon Homes holds the right to charge a shipping fee on the products. The shipping costs are subject to the mode of payment, delivery location, product type, product price, etc.
You acknowledge that Klaxon Homes is permitted to collect the shipping and delivery fees for the service provided by our logistic provider on their behalf. In the event that we process a refund on account of a damage defect due to our default, we may, in our exclusive discretion, refund the shipping fees.
You accept that the liability and the ownership of the purchased product shall be passed to you consequently to the delivery.
In the event of the return of the purchased product, our reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with you, the same being recognized by us.
The return, refund, and cancellation of our products shall be processed in compliance with our Warranty, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
