What Is The Fees And Payments Policy?
The fees and payments policy, along with the Terms and Conditions, frame the procedures and guidelines for the fees charged, payment methods, and other related matters for the product purchased from Klaxon Homes.
We take the utmost effort to secure and protect your financial information shared when making the payment for the purchased product(s).
By using the services or purchasing a product from Klaxon Homes, you approve the terms and conditions mentioned in this Policy without any modification.

PREFERRED METHODS AND OPTIONS FOR FEES AND PAYMENTS

To meet the distinct needs of our users and provide a convenient experience, we provide multiple payment options. However, we reserve the sole right to add or remove payment options with/without prior notice.
The payment options include:

● Select Credit or Debit Cards;
● Electronic Wallets;
● Prepaid Payment Instruments;
● Other payment options as and when provided by Klaxon.
Though we make every reasonable attempt to offer multiple payment channels to ensure safety and privacy, we accept payments from credible and major financial avenues.
At its sole discretion, Klaxon Homes reserves the right to reject or accept payment through the preferred Payment Methods for any cause.

With the purpose of further validating the transaction, we may request you to submit a copy of your photo ID proof (like PAN card). If you fail to do so, Klaxon exclusively holds the right to decline a payment made through the preferred Payment Methods.
Upon using the given Payment Methods, you agree to provide us with accurate, genuine, and complete financial information such as the Credit or Debit Card details as per the requirements.
You acknowledge that our 3rd party payment gateway provider may store this information. You acknowledge that you are not allowed to use any mode of payment that is not owned by you or authorized to you legally. In case of any unauthorized usage, Klaxon does not claim any liability that may arise.
You shall be solely responsible for the confidentiality of your financial information. Klaxon Homes, in any way, does not claim any liability or accountability in case of any damage or loss suffered by the owner due to:
1. Absence of authorization for any transaction carried out through the Payment Methods;
2. Any payment-related concern emerging due to technical issues;
3. Rejection of transactions for reasons that are beyond our control. Klaxon Homes holds the right to levy limits on the number of transactions you may perform over our Platform. In the event that you exceed the limit imposed, we reserve the sole right to decline to process any transactions.
In case of a suspicious transaction, Klaxon has the exclusive right to cancel the order. Furthermore, Klaxon may question the genuineness of a transaction, as per the circumstances, and on dissatisfaction, it shall decline the transaction.
You acknowledge that Klaxon disclaims any liability for damage, defect, or issues arising from its decision to refuse to process a transaction on the basis of questionable activities. You accept the accountability for payment of all charges/expenses/fees associated with your purchase, and you consent to bear all applicable charges like taxes.

In Case The Purchased Product Is Mispriced
Despite our utmost efforts and thorough verification, there are chances of mispricing the products due to any technical glitches whatsoever. Therefore, in the event that you have purchased a product that has been mispriced, you agree to follow the terms mentioned below:
1. If the maximum retail price of the specified product is lower than the published price, you can claim a refund of the excess amount within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. After a reasonable verification of the claim, Klaxon may refund the surplus amount. It is to be clarified that we hold the exclusive right to verify and then disclaim or carry out the refund process.
2. If the maximum retail price is higher than the published price, without any offer or discount, we have the right to hold the dispatch of the purchased product until the error is rectified. If you refuse to pay the difference amount, you can opt for cancellation, and the payment done by you shall be refunded within 10-15 business days. Apart from the Fees And Payment Policies, the Terms and conditions of the applicable financial avenues/institution will also apply. For example, the institution applicable to your preferred Payment Method may reject the payment or prevent you from transacting for whatsoever reason. In such a case, Klaxon shall not be liable at any term. In order to facilitate a fuss-free payment, we may contract with third-party payment gateway providers from time to time, under the applicable Indian laws. In the event that an unauthorized payment has been carried out under your name that you are not aware of, Klaxon Homes will require you to verify whether your family, members, colleagues, or friends have made the purchase.
Suppose you are unable to verify the transaction. In that case, you may report such an unauthorized purchase within 10 days from the date when it was carried out to allow us to commence an investigation.
In case of a suspicious activity or a fraudulent attempt, Klaxon shall initiate civil and/or criminal legal action against the offender at their expense and risk.
